Who we sell to
TRiPEAK USA is the United States distributor for TRiPEAK bicycle components, operated by Walloris US Distribution LLC. We sell wholesale to appointed bicycle retailers, service workshops, and frame builders. We do not sell to consumers, and this website is not a shop — it has no cart and no checkout. If you are a rider looking for TRiPEAK parts, buy from a dealer.
Why no prices are shown here
Wholesale pricing, stock levels, and ordering sit behind an authenticated dealer account. That is a deliberate choice rather than an unfinished website: a distributor that publishes prices undercuts the retailers it appoints. Approved dealers see their own pricing, live availability, and the full catalogue when they sign in.
Becoming a dealer
Apply through our dealer page. We review every application, and appointment is at our discretion. Approved applicants complete an onboarding package that includes the Authorized Dealer Agreement, our minimum advertised price policy, warranty and returns procedures, and — where the account is granted payment terms — a personal guaranty. Those documents are the binding terms of the relationship and are available to every dealer in the portal.
Orders
There is no minimum on repeat orders; a dealer may order a single part. Where the current order policy applies, an account's opening order must reach a published minimum, which we state when the account is appointed and may lower, or waive, for a particular dealer; a dealer who accepted an earlier policy that set no minimum is not brought under this one. Orders are priced from our catalogue at the moment they are placed, and we confirm the total before a dealer commits to it. We may decline an order we cannot fill economically.
Payment
A dealer may place eligible orders on approved payment terms and pay against the invoice; anything else is prepaid, including an opening order and any order that would exceed an account's credit. For a prepaid order: the dealer places it, we show our bank details on the order in the portal, and the order is released once we have confirmed the funds arrived. The methods available to an account, and the amount due, are shown before an order is placed. Our forms do not ask a dealer for a card number, a bank account or routing number, or a federal tax identification number, and none of those is stored from a form. We do record the state resale or exemption certificate number a dealer gives us, and we keep a certificate a dealer uploads as the file they supplied — which may itself carry a federal tax identification number where the state's form asks for one.
Delivery, returns, and warranty
Freight is quoted on the order before a dealer commits to it, and the figure shown at checkout is the whole charge. Returns and warranty claims run through the RMA procedure on our returns page. TRiPEAK products carry a limited warranty, described on our warranty page.
Governing terms
This page summarises how we trade. The Authorized Dealer Agreement governs the relationship between us and an appointed dealer, is governed by Arizona law, and prevails over anything stated here. We may revise our published policies prospectively on notice, as that Agreement provides; a revision never applies to an order already accepted.
