TRiPEAK Limited Warranty

Who gives this warranty

Walloris US Distribution LLC, 5227 N 7th St STE 47149, Phoenix, Arizona 85014 (Walloris), warrants authentic TRiPEAK products sold in the United States by Walloris or an authorized TRiPEAK dealer. This is a limited warranty for the original retail purchaser and is not transferable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Warranty periods

Every product sold under the JetStream Pro product-line name is covered for four years. Every other TRiPEAK product is covered for one year. The period begins on the original retail purchase date shown by a dated sales receipt or comparable proof of purchase. Product registration is not required for coverage.

The written warranty terms in effect on the original retail purchase date govern that purchase. A later revision will not reduce the coverage already provided for that product.

What is covered

Walloris warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use during the applicable period. Coverage applies only to the defective TRiPEAK product itself and the remedies below, subject to rights that cannot be limited by law.

What is not covered

• Normal wear, routine maintenance, or replacement of consumable or wear items after their useful life.
• Contamination, corrosion, crash, impact, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper storage, or use outside published specifications.
• Improper installation, adjustment, maintenance, or repair; use with an incompatible component; or an unauthorized modification, to the extent it caused the claimed failure.
• Cosmetic change that does not affect function, altered or removed identifiers, counterfeit products, or products not obtained from Walloris or an authorized US dealer.
• Damage caused by a third-party product. Use of a third-party product by itself does not void this warranty.

How to make a claim

Contact the authorized dealer that sold the product or Walloris through the support contact page. Provide proof of purchase, product identification, a description of the issue, and reasonably requested photographs or service history. Do not ship a product until you receive written return authorization and instructions.

For a claim that appears potentially covered, Walloris will provide a prepaid standard-shipping label or reimburse reasonable standard inbound shipping if preapproved. Walloris pays standard outbound shipping for an approved remedy. If inspection shows the claim is not covered, Walloris will explain why before charging or arranging return shipping. The claimant is responsible for removal, installation, expedited shipping, and dealer labor unless Walloris approves them in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

Remedy

After a reasonable opportunity to inspect, Walloris will, at its option, repair the covered product or replace it with the same or a reasonably equivalent product. If repair or replacement is unavailable after a reasonable effort, Walloris will refund the original purchase price. Replacement products may be new or professionally refurbished and receive the longer of the remaining original warranty period or ninety days.

Limitations and state-law rights

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON THE DURATION OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WALLORIS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS EXCLUSION DOES NOT APPLY TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY A DEFECT, OR LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. No dealer or other person may change this warranty on Walloris's behalf; a separate written promise made by a seller remains that seller's responsibility.
